Mourne Sheep is from my range of 'Large Original Artworks' that are available framed for collection or can be posted unframed in a tube to prevent damage.


These two sheep are in a field at the back of Slieve Donard - you can see the summit of Donard rising above Crossone as well as Leganbruchan and Millstone to the right. They have the Mourne Mountains as a backdrop and views out over the Irish Sea. I'm not sure how much they actually appreciate their idyllic surroundings - then again do any of us






  • These large originals are mixed media artworks that would really stand out hanging on your wall
  • The image is created by hand on my etching press and then painted with watercolours and pastels. I create a number of versions from each plate but each one is unique.
