Eamonn McCrory ~ Belfast Printmaker
Looking back to find a way forward
Welcome to my website. I'm a Belfast based artist/printmaker creating mixed media artworks that combine painting and traditional printmaking techniques.
My artworks are available for sale online and from St George's Market, Belfast every Saturday and Sunday.
~
All my Artworks, Cards and even the Reproductions are made by hand using vintage printing presses and watercolour painting.
Studio TourA little bit about the thinking behind the artworks and also how they are made. I'll also introduce you to Boa Beag.
As you can see from the photo I'm getting some work done to my studio but should hopefully be back working in there in a month or so! |
Fundraisers for CharityI'm currently raising £1000 for The Mourne Mountain Rescue. The team came to my aid on 07/02/24 when I broke my leg while hiking. All my online sales will go towards this fundraiser until I reach this amount.

Online ShopSome of my stuff is available online. Each piece is unique and is part of either an open or a limited edition. Some editions have slight variations and others are totally different. I don't list everything online - however if there is anything that you see on my IG/FB accounts or at St Georges let me know via email & I will see if it's available.
I will start selling online again when the building work is complete and I can get move the presses back into my studio. |
Physical ShopEvery Saturday until 3pm & Sunday until 4pm my stall is open at the historic St George's Market, Belfast.
Call in and say hello if you are in Belfast at the weekend. St George's is a wonderful old style market selling art, local crafts, antiques and food. There's also live music. It's very popular with visitors and locals and I really love being a part of it. |
Thanks for visiting
If you need any more information, just send me an email or call to my stall at St Georges Market, Belfast and say hello. It's open every Saturday and Sunday from 9 until 3 pm.
It's best to follow me on Instragram or my Facebook page (Mourne Coast) if you want to keep up to date with all my latest work.
My studio is located in the hills overlooking Belfast. It's a great place to live and work and find inspiration. I'm also lucky enough to have a little place in the Mourne Mountains that I visit each week to fill up on sea and mountain air. My artworks are derived from all the things that I see and do. I combine painting with traditional printmaking as this greatly extends the range of marks that I can incorporate into my work. It's a messy, hands-on, time-consuming way of working but I feel that the resultant images and quality are worth the effort.
